Extraction of Phenolic Compounds from Green Walnut by Ultrasound Assisted Extraction

چکیده

Bu çalışmada, yeşil cevizden fenolik bileşiklerin ekstraksiyonuna iki farklı yöntemin etkisi araştırılmıştır. Fenolik bileşikler konvansiyonel yöntemle (120, 240, 360 480, 720, 960 ve 1200 dakika) ultrason destekli ekstraksiyon (%25, 50, 75 100 genlik; 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 60 ile ekstrakte edilmiştir. HPLC analizi ceviz ekstraktlarında bazı asitler (gallik asit, neoklorojenik asit), flavonol (rutin) juglon tespit Konvansiyonel yöntemde toplam içerik 240 dakika sonra 158.55 mg GAE/kg olarak belirlendi. Ultrason ekstraksiyonda ise içerik, sonunda %100 genlikte 156.80 ölçülmüştür. 1478.15 Ekstraksiyon süresi artırıldığında etkili olmuştur. En iyi verimi, genliğinde elde edilse de 50. dakikadan bileşiklerdeki kayıplar nedeniyle uzatılamamakta uzun sürmesine karşılık bozunma olmadığı için daha yüksek bileşik değerlerine ulaşılmaktadır.
